Exactly. We 100% can remove politicians.
“A Bug’s Land” (stylized “a bug’s land”) was an area of Disney California Adventure themed after Pixar’s 1998 film A Bug’s Life. The land consisted of Flik’s Fun Fair, which opened on October 7, 2002, and was set in a representation of the film’s fictional universe with four rides targeted towards young children; Flik’s Flyers, Francis’ Ladybug Boogie, Tuck and Roll’s Drive 'Em Buggies, and Heimlich’s Chew Chew Train. The area also included a water play area targeted towards young children. An outside area contained the It’s Tough to Be a Bug! theater, which was an original area of the park when it opened on February 8, 2001. The area closed on September 4, 2018 to make way for Avengers Campus.
they had A Bugs Life themed attractions at disney parks for almost 20 years, this weird conspiratorial crap is lingering in THEY dont want you to know! crao, hollywood movies arent going to save you.
The movie ends with the big bad grasshopper getting eaten by a bird, something totally out of the hands of the ants.
if you sincerely think A Bugs Life didnt have it’s cultural moment you werent conscious in 1998.
Yeah seriously. A Bugs Life is generally considered one of the big Pixar classics. It was huge and it’s societal lasting was decades.
I never liked movie tie-in games, but there was a version of A Bug’s Life on PS1 that somehow ended up in my household growing up, and it was pretty darn good.
Everyone remembers this movie for the ‘workers rise up’.
I rememeber it for the shitty cliche ‘liar revealed’ story. I remember it for the nasty, mean spirited ‘humour’.
I remember it for the transphobic ‘joke’ that they just loved to use in all the trailers. (“Yikes! She’s a guy!”)
I remember this movie for starring a fucking pedophile.
This movie is ass and deserves to be forgotten.
I thought you were mixing up this movie with Antz, because the pedo Woody Allen is in that movie. I didn’t realize Kevin Spacey is in Bug’s Life.
The message of this image is the same regardless.
More than one person has told me their class consciousness started with an Ant’s Life.
“First rule of leadership, princess: everything is your fault!”
Antz or A Bug’s Life?
Bugz
Yes.
(I only saw Antz but not A Bug’s Life, and just sort of assumed Antz had the more subversive social message because it wasn’t Disney.)
Definitely. The collective workers rise up against the militaristic ruling class, after, of course, those rulers attempt to murder them all for their ‘glorious future’. Unfortunately, Antz and A Bug’s Life also share something else in common. Both star sex pests in the leading role.
Also because of their cool spellingz
Idk I didn’t see these movies, it might be thanks for the correction if so.
I am already very enthusiastic about, uh, nevermind.
They came out close together and both featured ants as main protagonists. A Bug’s Life is the one pictured.
Antz was the “copycat” movie that was rushed out to beat A Bug’s Life into the theaters. Back when animation studios even bothered with that shit.
I find it neat from a psychological standpoint the way your brain merged the two titles into one.
The way I merged two things i’ve never seen? You are a [redacted] clearly.
I don’t understand. My comment wasn’t meant to be an insult.
If I stuck a nerve, it wasn’t intentional. I’m just fascinated by how the brain works.
This is like saying you learned about the late Renaissance era of history, and marine biology, from watching The Little Hunchback of Notre Dame.
or perhaps their interest started there as a child, causing them to study further later? that doesn’t sound like a crazy statement
Found the hexbear douche! Troll me bitch.

Ew…
… Or you could hit the reader mode button or just not sign in and still read it…
Not so much
There were theme park rides and merchandise

Bruh… never stand in the way of a meme meant to manufacture outrage. Rookie mistake. The kids get super mad when nuance enters the chat.
There was a whole bugs life area of Disney land in California around 2015 I think.
But the Disney World show was recently replaced with Zootopia.
Yeah, but that was recently. It was A Bugs Life when I was a child, and it only recently changed. I want to guess it lasted around 20y, but I can’t be bothered to look it up. Anyway, it’s not like they tried to bury it.
They also replaced Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride. Pretty sure that’s because it was decades old rather than some political commentary
Aw, weak. The Wind in the Willows and The Hobbit really fueled my lifelong dream of living in a well-appointed hole.
I mean that’s less a conspiracy and more the march of time.
Obviously they’re pushing the newer stuff more.
Oh shit, Zootopia is already 10 years old
So furry copaganda
The second film is pro israeli shit too, so gross
Care to explain? I’m quite intrigued.
They didn’t have to. All the princess movies created a generation of entitled simping incel princesses that nobody every rose up for anything ever after.
Oh, but they did get a pedophile rapist in as president, though. So that’s that.
Hang on, he rapes paedophiles as well?! This guy, you just never fucking know what’s next.
Se also: seven samurai, samurai 7, the magnificent seven…
There’s a whole PS1 game
Uhhhh… if poopulism sold merchandise Disney will set up shop in your asshole.

Because individualism is pop, not collective action like whatever the ants are doing
Ants are only allowed when they push a pro-conformist capitalist message, such as with The Ant and the Grasshopper
Ironic you say this because the plot of A Bug’s Life was initially inspired by Aesop’s The Ant and the Grasshopper.
I imagine they may one day make it more realistic like Lion King and absolutely trash the message.
Disney seem to only do such treatment for its own movies, so this Disney-Pixar animation might be safe.
the ps1 remaster will be released next week alongside the toy story games
