Ok, so not every single student does this. But I’ve heard tales of a lecturer who caught his student out. How did he slip? He copied and pasted the but that said ‘AI can make mistakes’ or whatever the copilot equivalent is 🙄


It would probably be better to differentiate. In my opinion there are different levels of LLM usage, and some, of them you have to actually go out of your way to deactivate. (For example, the jetbrains line completions)
No. Don’t differentiate. There’s literally no good reason to use that shit if you’re supposed to learn about what you’re doing. It’ll just result in you learning less. Just don’t use jetbrains. We’re currently removing them from our work environment for that reason.
