Kind of surprising to hear this coming from her. She’s been on the Alt right anti vax train for a while
Alt/far right people tend to be extremely tribal with the people they personally know, very much an us vs them mindset.
I am not disagreeing with you, just want to point out that ALL humans are hard wired to be tribal.
The alt/far right lean in really hard and mock anyone who shows empathy for other tribes. They take it to an extreme.
Not surprising at all. She suddenly cares when it affects her earning potential knowing damn well she has no hope of another job in Hollywood. You can take the girl out of Alberta, but you can’t take the Alberta out of the girl.
Two things:
I included alt right in there, too for this reason. She’s most prominently anti vax but seems to roll with that crowd.
And I’m pretty sure she’s already mostly out with Marvel as it is. So this isn’t affecting her income
but when COVID hit, she refused to mask up around her filming crews, because " she valued her freedom".
