Microsoft has confirmed that Windows 11 Shell and every associated core feature and element are actually broken, and have been like this for many months.

      Arch testing is more stable than windows.

      Source: Have 4 on-prem, one cloud server and two Desktop devices with arch testing. And one company Windows 11 Laptop and Citrix machines.
