A US Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agent shot a man in New York City on Thursday afternoon, according to the city’s mayor, Zohran Mamdani.
Early reports indicated that agents had surrounded the man and a five-year-old child in his car before firing multiple rounds, the mayor said in a statement on Thursday evening. The child was physically unharmed, according to Mamdani.
The individual who was shot was conscious and taken to a hospital, the NYPD said in a brief statement.
Fun fact: Nothing that ICE enforces carries a death penalty, nor are any violent offenses part of their mandate. So why do they need guns at all?

Conservatives are celebrating this shit. They desperately want us to finish the civil war while they hold the military.
No matter how this turns out, I will never, ever forgive any conservative. Their lives are 100% valueless to me now. It feels insane that I spent decades being so friendly and polite with them.
