    Yeah this is a bit dumb, there is such a thing as legitimate violence. Where we differ between ourselves as a species is where that legitimacy should come from.

    When the pastry chef empties his bag onto the cake, it is called “icing”, but when I empty my bag onto the cake it is called “a violation of Twitch TOS”.

    The state is literally just an entity that has a monopoly on violence. Pretty much everything else it does stems from that.

      Without violence, law do not exist. When you study laws, the first thing you learn is that without penalty, a law is virtual and will never be applied
