      While the phrase “death to <group>” is open to interpretation, believe it or not those that identify as <group> (e.g. Redditors) might have an opinion as well.

        “The USA” isn’t a group, it’s an entity. “Americans” are the group.

        But that’s beside the point, I was pointing at the classic practice of saying “those people believe <egregious strawman>, those fools!”
