      Forgive me for offering unsolicited advice, but one-to-one therapy with a psychodynamic trained (or other modality) can really help.

      In parallel, meditation can help to overcome a certain amount of the uncomfortable feelings. I can share an inspiring documentary with you in the latter.

          It was seeing this that showed me how meditation helps even the mosts hardened of people. This method is also free to learn and free to attend worldwide.

          Not everyone can tolerate the stillness of meditating. But besides the exceptions, it has helped a lot of people. If you’ve any questions afterwards I’ll do my best to answer.
