Rolling back health standards that impact the entire population should be able to land lawsuits that immediately bankrupt companies. The research is already there showing the damages, and they are knowing choosing to hurt the people by doing so.

They can say it’s zero dollars, but I can’t imagine when someone sues a company that a judge would be able to say a life is worth nothing. Just the medical costs alone that will increase because of these actions have a large cost.
