I also looked this up. The top flag is non-standard, but that general shape exists with either the inside or outside square colored blue. If we choose to interpret this as a small blue square on a white background, it means something like “I’m slowing down,” which would also fit.
Bit of a stretch, but it’s the closest to making sense.
