lol. Prosecute him? Who would enforce it? He has his new personal army and leads the Us military. The Judicial and Legislative have nothing to handle that. If he loses the house and senate I fully expect him to just start completely ignoring both of them.

The US military would likely still refuse that. But ICE? That’s who he’d send. And if anyone tried to defend the politicians he was targeting and it turned in to a fire fight against ICE that’s when he’s pop the insurrection act. Ordering the military to kidnap sitting US politicians is one thing, but ordering them up to defend the federal agents in ICE from the “evil insurrectionist terrorist dumocrat libtards” shooting at them?
