i did leave, and had to come back because other countries also have immigration laws.

now i’m extremely lucky not to be homeless. i would leave again if i could but i can’t even afford rent consistently. It is not feasible or possible for everyone to leave, and that’s true of every country except a couple of those euro microstates where everyone actually is wealthy.

everyone’s pain and suffering is real, the bucket it’s put in is more fake than most diagnostic labels.

afaik It’s more correct to say that people diagnosed with that have something going on that should be accommodated more but it’s not a very rigorously defined thing. If we had better healthcare systems we’d allocate treatment without requiring a pay code label that’s really a collection of ambiguous symptoms and misleads patients and caregivers.
