Sitting at my desk at work is probably the biggest health risk I face.

I eat well, exercise, drink moderately (not every day, never more than two, almost always one drink only), don’t smoke, have sex every day, manage my blood pressure, really try to be good to my body and do things to reduce anxiety but the enforced idleness of desk job is for sure unhealthy.

It’s fantastic, I never thought any guy could keep up without feeling like I was too demanding or something. My ex was a once a week guy and I thought frustration was an unavoidable state. But husband wants it every day, more than 10 years in now. Sometimes twice, LOL. It’s one of the things you have to make time for. I prioritize sex and exercise because if you don’t, life and work will expand to fill that time.

Damn. Congratulations are in order. I can definitely go on a multi-day stretch if allowed, but eventually I need a break. Not a long break, mind you.
