It’'s going to happen eventually that the servers don’t come back up. This is the problem with any game where the company runs the servers. When the profit incentive to keep them running runs out, those servers will come down. Thankfully, these are games you can play offline. And there are the seamless co-op mods for them. But, there will be lots of games which don’t have that sort of dedicated fan.

They took over 7 months last time to fix a simple exploit.
Just give us users the ability to host our own servers. I mean, we will do it anyway
I don’t understand what their servers even do aside from thr message system; the actual gameplay connection is already P2P. Just give us a way to connect directly via an IP.
