I dont know a single one besides A Short Hike, which one do you recommend?

Yes, but that setting is only portrayed in the introductory cutscene and some of the NPCs dialogue. You can play the full game without interacting at all with that theme. And gameplay IS the biggest part of FromSoft games, so I would argue that everything that isn’t directly connected to that is not part of the central theme of the games. Humanity in Dark Souls 1 and 3 would be a good example of what I mean. It is part of the story, of the lore and also directly connected with the gameplay.
As I said. I find the idea fascinating and would like to play the game that they envisioned. But the current DS2 just doesnt really have a strong theme that is connected to everything, besides the monarchs and their crowns.

DS2 is one of those art projects where I would have really liked to play the original vision. The inclusion of time travel and changing the future in the past would have been an interesting concept for a FromSoft game with their interconnected and freely explorable world.

Yeah, its surprising to me how many fans of DS2 can not admit that it has its flaws. After not liking it in the beginning 30 hours for not being DS1, I loved it at the end for what it is. Especially the DLC areas are full of atmosphere and Aldia is always a welcome guest at my bonfire. The variety of areas is also something I like, in addition to the different covenants and their interplay.
And the claim about surrealism would be stronger if it would be included in other parts besides only the stitched togetherness of non fitting maps. Inside the maps they are all coherent, which weakens that argument a lot.

Oh yes, Plesse continue this!

And Sony doesnt offer PSN in 121 countries on earth. So if you live in one of those, Sony doesnt want your money.

So what you’re telling me is that the good, cheap food that tourists crave are in the red labeled areas? Understood!
After some thought, its New York, so cheap is probably relative.

Consoles themselves are the problem. Give the people the control over the hardware they bought. Yes, that includes Microsoft and Apple.

No, I was just replying to what I’m seeing mostly in my surrounding: solar farms being built on what was farm land before.
As I said, if it was truly nature before, then I agree with you.
It slows the absorption inside the stomach down a tiny amount. So you don’t get drunk as fast. But that is not really important if we are talking about dilution via some additional ice cubes.

Farm land is not nature.
An otherwise undisturbed meadow below solar panels is more biodiversity and better for nature than the monoculture with pesticides that were there before.
If the solar panels are build on truly undeveloped land, than OK, that should not happen, I agree.
Im sure it falls under “good tsar, bad boyars”. And no of course it doesnt make sense in today’s technology and information age to argue that somehow the leader doesnt know what their subordinates are doing. But if they would argue faithfully they wouldn’t be “conservatives”.

Thanks for proving me wrong. Seems I’m too pessimistic currently.
But from what I’m seeing everywhere and what our chancellor is saying this seems to be not really enough, considering the likely impact of climate change. While I understand that you can’t modernise a country as big as Germany in one year, I’m not really seeing the positive impacts of those plans as fast as I would like. But again, maybe I’m too depressed at the moment.

The German plan is opening champagne bottles, as pensioners are dying most and therefore the state has to pay less money to those.
And sadly that is only half joking from my side.
A lot of the hospitals in Germany have no AC, for example. So no, we don’t have any national heat plan.

Dont we have a word for that in German? Ah yes: menschenverachtend!
Remove the picture or at least cut off the face part. Right now you are simply doxxing her.

If your knee can turn 360°, you should talk to some scientists, so that they can study you.
Rotating is in nature, but as you said: always with a maximum rotation, never free without limits.
Ah gotcha, now I understand what you mean exactly and I agree.
