Not a judge. A fascist paper pusher who owes their position to the same entity bringing a case against their target.
Immigration “judges” are not judges and shouldn’t be called such.
For those that don’t know, immigration courts are part of the Executive branch, not the Judicial. You do not need to be a lawyer, pass the bar, or even have any specific education to be an immigration “judge”.
