        I see. I didn’t interpret the top part as nipples ,I thought you were supposed to unscrew the apples somehow. And the tongue on the bottom left still confuses me. Licking the legs? Or is this supposed to be the butthole?

        Anyways, the clitoris I kinda understood but was not really sure.

          Yeah, you got it wrong. Those are cherries.

          You remove the sticks from the cherries with a screwing motion.

          Similarly you remove the stone from a peach with a screwing motion. You have to lick the stone clean afterwards.
