The id, you sign a book like confirm that you did vote and you can use the fingerprint for the digitalized version of the voting document(is integrated at your id but is a separated thing). If I recall correctly the digitalized version is enough and the other two is more for people that didn’t digitalized yet.
In my country they send us a letter in the mail. We show them the letter at the polling station and they ask for our birthday to verify and that’s that
