Agreed. It’s a vital aspect of society like firemen, social workers, and healthcare workers. I think one aspect is the inability to fire workers who are not healthy for the goal. Once a teacher is tenured it’s difficult to remove them even if they’re detrimental to the goal of teaching the youth.
