The language of the bill appears to refer to the chemtrails conspiracy theory that claims the government is chemically modifying the weather.

Florida State Senator Ileana Garcia has introduced legislation to prohibit “weather modification” activities in the state.

Lmao, enjoy dealing with all the nuts trying to report “chemtrails” now.

Hell, maybe giving them a reason to flood legal channels is the goal and not the side effect.

No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
