    Consider the absurd: you served in the US military long enough to earn a pension, then left the country and joined an evil terrorist organization waging violent war against the USA.

    Should the US still need to pay out your pension, or should there be a way to cancel or suspend it for your treasonous acts?

      It seems like that call should be made by the court or Congress, not unilaterally by your former employer.

      Not that senator Kelly is at all being fairly treated by the facists in charge, mind you. But the lever they’re pulling is one that exists for an intentional reason.

      So, rephrasing, they were in a terrosit organisation destroying the world, left that one with a pension and joined another ? Quite the conundrum
