Petey Piss-in-his-pants Kegsbreath is attempting to revoke Captain Mark Kelly’s pension on “serious charges.” Keggy boy thinks Astronaut Kelly reciting the UCMJ (Uniform Code of Military Justice) reminding active duty soldiers they should disobey ILLEGAL orders is somehow seditious (rebellious, act against authority) behavior. Spoiler: It is not, WhiskeyLeaks is just trying to set the stage for impressionable soldiers that you will be punished if you don’t do what they tell you no matter what. CAPTAIN Kelly is fighting to squash that notion.

Edit: to answer your question, pensions are generally safe but in the event of serious actions it can be revoked.

Not even that they should they’re required to by law. Ultimately this will go to a military court and hopefully thrown out. I guess that depends on how deep the Trump regime has control of the military.
