UK waiting to determine if US breached international law by capturing Nicolás Maduro, PM’s chief secretary says

They bragged about breaching international law. Take the photo of Nicolás Maduro hancuffed Trump personally posted on social media. That’s against Geneva Convention, article 13. Cuck Starmer is such an embarrassment.

Starmer isn’t blindfolded, he is doing exactly what he is supposed to.

Elections are just entertainment for the masses. They’re all part of secret societies and the politicians do what the 3 letter organisations, billionaires and Israel tell them to do. At least in the western world.

There is a lot of money to be made in Venezuela by Chevron and BP so they’re keeping quiet while pretending they care about the Geneva convention.

Just a reminder that the US has not signed most of the Geneva Convention articles because it doesn’t want to have to follow them if it doesn’t want to.

They did sign all the four conventions and all three protocols. They just never ratified Protocol I and II as they were too busy breaching them…

As a us citizen it’s very clear what the US government wants it to mean.

Do what we want or we will hurt you and your neighbors. Anything said or done before Demented Don took office is irrelevant, just do what he wants. Or thinks he wants. Or what his handlers want. Or else.

Having perused international laws myself, but not being a lawyer, I’d say “YES THE US FUCKING VIOLATED INTERNATIONAL LAWS”

I’m not an international lawyer, but I’m pretty sure kidnapping (which is a crime) the head of another sovereign nation, and HIS WIFE, is kidnapping, and as such is a crime, and therefore illegal both internationally and nationally. And removing them to another location is human trafficking (you know similar to the human trafficking that Greg Abbott participated in, and is a crime) and is also therefore illegal. Maybe there are subtleties to this, like, if they asked THE PRESIDENT OF THE SOVEREIGN NATION OF VENEZUELA , “would you and your charming wife please get in the van/ helicopter/ boat so that we may convey you comfortably to an unknown location, possibly within the USA, but maybe not, for an unspecified period of time, so that the US can take over control of THE SOVEREIGN STATE OF VENEZUELA?” Maybe in that case it’s not THE CRIMES OF KIDNAPPING, HUMAN TRAFFICKING, AND OVERTHROW OF A SOVEREIGN NATION?

It’s not for Trump, it’s for a rule based order and international law as opposed to the law of the jungle. Imagine a world where powerful nations bully smaller ones by kidnapping their leaders.

I don’t need to imagine it, it’s here. There are now three spheres of influence Russian, Chinese, and American. Right now Europe has a threat on its eastern border that only Poland has prepared for. The UK, Germany, Italy, and Poland have US troops so those places will be nominally protected everyone else is fair game. It’s in Europe’s best interest to appease Trump until its MIC can replace the US as a protector and they need to do it while supporting Ukraine.

Trump doesn’t have Europe best interest in mind. Europe is a super power and a sphere of influence on their own. Europe don’t need protection especially against Russia who is much weaker in every aspect than Europe. Weak leadership and lack of discipline is what keeps holding Europe back, not the military.

People from around the world have been furious at Americans for electing trump, and for not stopping his demolition derby. The fact that only ~32% of voters chose him, and that the US voting system is corrupted, has been irrelevant, and the millions of Americans who have repeatedly protested means nothing.

Now all nations finally have the perfect opportunity to censure this wannabe emperor, but there is only silence. Maybe a strongly worded letter or a look of disapproval? Anything? But we outnumber the fascists! This must mean every human on earth is complicit.

I think you need to take another look at world history if you’re expecting the masses to step up and do anything. Things have to get a lot worse before people get to that point.

But, just because you don’t currently see a public resistance doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist.
