I am not sure of an instance that calls itself right leaning or nationalist given that the feddiverse is generally very left leaning. The only thing I can think of is Truth, but no one ferderates with them.
Or a comm that does this for posts on reddit or twitter? Curious

Not many right-wingers on the Fediverse. I’m pretty sure even socdems are a minority, if a large one. Still, the mod duty is likely to be light; you could found a comm for recording and mocking right-wingers on here yourself.
There’s always !conservative@lemmy.world. Which is ironically more about ridiculing conservatives because the fediverse is much less welcoming to “conservatives” and they abandoned it.
But yeah. While there is a Lemmy instance called maga.place and Truth Social is built on Mastodon iIRC. Their solidly defederated.
