The White House has undertaken a large military buildup in the Caribbean and launched deadly strikes against boats that it claims were trafficking drugs.

Maybe I mis understood that video I linked or they have some wrong information.

My understanding is we get the product we use to make gasoline from other countries and can’t create it here.
