Our Party open letter to Founders and supporters.

Asking for signatures to convince both J Corbyn and Z Sultana to step back and allow a member lead team to take over.

The MPs got us this far. It’s time for the people to take the reins.

Z Sultana announced she supported the movement this morning.

Mod hat on: Can we try to avoid reposts in future, please. Going to leave this one up as it’s generated more votes and discussion, but, y’know, we really don’t need links to the same thing twice in a row.

Yeah sorry. I apologised to the other poster. I was typing it at home. Got distracted at home. Then finished and posted. Mean while another poster beat me to it.

It sure is striking how Corbyn cannot catch a break, and it always ends up being allegations.

It makes me worry that if I ended up leading a left movement, would I start being antisemitic or sexist? It seems to be an occupational hazard.

Z Sultanas alergations are very much directed at teams supporting Corbyn rather then him directly.

But if her claims are true. It would be indicating that Corbyn is overly trusting of people he has worked with over a long time.

Of course we have no idea about the internal debates. Given both sides claim this is to be a member lead party. Such behind the scenes arrangements and rule making. Should have been public from the begining. But I’m sure most would agree that is complex to start. From now on it is essential. No matter what side is more accurate in Thier idea of how events happened.

PS as I see it. if you ended up leading a left movement. Your actual opinions and ideals would have little to do with it.

You would bee ignored and considered democratically nessesery. While you had no influence. ALA greens etc. but as soon as it looked like you were unifying the left and gaining 20 plus % support. As that is where your votes can be a risk to the status quo.

Every effort would be made to convince the public you are an incapable leader with dangerous ideas.

It has always been that way. Post WW2 when we had a generation that had genuinely seen world suffering one on one. There was a strong move towards socialism. And the trolly wealthy. (Those with passive income / asset wealth ) Lost more control then they had ever done in the past. Much of Europe moved to the left. Equality of asset distribution became more equal then it has ever been. For the first time in history. Average working families could afford to own their own property.

By the 1970s the wealthy started to fight back. And has done anything to prevent it happening again.

Hence why since boomers. Each generation has had a lower % of wealth distribution with a higher % them working each generation. As more and more assets go into the hands of those with wealth. The cost of getting into a passive income position becomes higher and more out of reach for everyday workers.

Yep. Have to say. It worries me a little about the membership led part. Left never agreeing… Well on much at all.

But as the old Churchill saying goes. "Democracy is the worst form of government. Apart from all the others. "

It’s hilarious that Monty Python made this joke about the Left eating the Left about 50 / 60 years ago and it’s still relevant!

Imagine how much could have been achieved if they weren’t such fucking idiots? 😆

Also worth noting. Lib Dems and other parties that in part formed them. Have been calling for PR for at least that long,

Exactly because it is well known that FPTP leads to forcing voters to select least hated/feared party’s rather then politics they support.

The left may not agree. But the right only dose so out of false fear spread by the billionaires etc.
