Part of me also thinks that fediverse doesn’t need growth for the sake of growth.
That it’s primary function is to be an alternative if people want to use it.

Second lesson: Pi is around 3.
If it helps for a future purchase, Focusrite’s external interfaces have been amazing for Linux support.
To the point where I didn’t even notice; It just worked perfectly out of the box.
I’m assuming you’ve already checked this, but is your interface set to the same frequency/bit depth between Linux and windows? Or if it uses optical, whether it’s set to the same word clock source.
I swear it’s the blackout curtains. I’ll draw them tight on the first night, then have a surprise in the morning if I didn’t set my alarm.
Meeting summary:

Some meetings, I wish I’d bought a steamdeck.
Whichever one best justifies the lifestyle and decisions.
It might depend. If it’s not the only piece of evidence being used, then even an edited photo could be used as a data point to confirm another unedited one.

UK users connect to fuk outside of the UK, then the messages are relayed to zip. Fuk is UK focussed, so tries to work with the OSA.
The best analogy is using a UK-focussed email service (wherever it’s actually hosted) to email a non-UK address.
In that vein, I’d be interested to see if someone could Inkscape it into an SVG with embedded text.
Though I have no idea how many vectors would be needed to make the image similar enough.
I’ve genuinely considered moving there.
They have a radio station, and it’s run by the chillest guy ever. Just playing tunes, and chatting between.
Sounds like a 6 ohm resistor solution.

That would reduce the number of highly skilled people leaving the country if it got really shit.

Always strange how enthusiastic friends from the americas are about dogging, cottaging, and double-fisting.
Hosting NSFW content is an absolute ball-ache, so a lot of instances that are not NSFW focussed do not host it.
In the early days of feddit.uk, we decided to go the path of SFW, to simplify things.
I absolutely salute the lemmy-nsfw admins in taking that load on.
And it makes a lot of sense: If you’re going to deal with the headaches, you might as well focus entirely on them!

100mbits with 3ms latency is pretty rocking.
