Put structurally supportive but very permeable material, even a mesh of something, in the middle. Maybe cover the ehole thing in that so it keeps it’s structure as it burns, or just make the first couple drags like that.

Doable. Put structurally supportive but very permeable material, even a mesh of something, in the middle. Maybe cover the ehole thing in that so it keeps it’s structure as it burns, or just make the first couple drags like that.
