    Like with any marathon, you feel like you want to give up, but having friends and family there to cheer you on gives you the will to keep going.

    Treat it like a marathon. Hydration, lubrication, do a good warm-up, carboload the night before but skip a meal the day of. If you shit yourself or vomit, just keep going.

    If you’re able to run 3-5 miles daily, that’s good.

    Then, Viagra/Cialis

    Take it easy during the sex. Your keep your cardio exertion to a “talking” level – breathe heavy but able to talk. Take your time and fuck like a viking for hours

    Uprooting trees and shrubs and flowers.

    Drink water? Electrolytes?

    Invent some games or challenges you can play. Keep it fun.

    Judicious use of toys.

    Lots of lube. And towels.

    Abs and hip flexors are both important for thrusting and holding back the flood. A strong core can greatly increase one’s sexual abilities… I’d start with holding a plank for 30 seconds, gradually increasing duration and incorporating other core muscle exercises when you feel ready.
