I always wondered how tempeh is made. I know it is fermented but somehow I manage not to find any article or video properly describing the making process.
Hmm, it is super easy. Maybe I’ll write a guide for it once I get the time. There’s some decent guides online if you look for diy tempeh, but I don’t think they tell you about some of the shortcuts.
