She seems to be okay with gay men and lesbian women, but draws the line at transgender folks - perhaps because her own child is transgender? Unfortunately she’s missing the bigger picture.

Yeah, kinda bizzare. Like you’re okay with one segment of LGBTQ+ but not others.
That’s the problem with anti-LGBTQ+ folks. They want it to be simple, cut and dry, but each person is unique in how they feel inside and out. All you have to do is support the people we love, our friends and neighbors. Don’t try to figure it out for yourself, just be there to support others through their journey.
