No sorry I think you’re confused, I added a Wikipedia link for context to my previous reply. I don’t think that character was meant to be female or feminist, I think it’s just a character claiming to be a socialist while hating communists so much they applaud literal Nazi anti-communist wich hunts, something we see a lot currently with western lib “left”

The “came for” is very clearly referring to the persecution of communists in reference to the poem it is quoting.

There’s nothing sexual about it. There’s nothing misogynistic about it. It is a caricature of an anti-communist “socialist”.

They are celebrating anti-communism from the Left. It’s not subtle so I don’t understand how you missed it.

I misunderstood a single post, thanks for beating down. I guess I am that stupid that I missed something not that subtle. You didn’t add anything to the discussion that wasn’t already said but thanks for driving the point home. Great discussion.

No, they are using the trope of modern communists being horny-brained and only capable of thinking about sex while making everything sexual. The sign is a double entendre of the person being horny for someone “coming” to/for them

Wait, I thought it was supposed to be misogynistic? I thought that was a bit of a stretch but you can’t be serious - I don’t understand how you could draw the conclusion that the figure is portrayed as being “horny”. You’re reading into depth that this MS Paint stick figure cartoon simply does not have.
