Sorry, it’s hard at first but it gets easier. I got in contact online with an old friend recently, told him what’s going on with me and then he ghosted me too. It does feel humiliating and hurtful but then you realise they weren’t really your friend and you’re better off without them rather than always hoping for a scrap of friendship from them.
