We didn’t ask to be born. Certain people are also better off as parents than others. @BrickEater@lemmy.world never said anything about seeing them specifically “in public” or not. I doubt their comment was, like, a command to all of society in the way you’re perceiving it; they’re ultimately just saying that they’ve had enough of the pains that kids and dogs can bring, which I see nothing wrong with.
