Flock Safety's Alpha drone reads license plates from 2,000 feet and plugs into its existing ALPR network, raising serious surveillance concerns.

Car brains are fine with state licenses, state subsidies, destroying the planet, etc… But monitoring their driving is a step too far.

Cars are the root problem here. No car, no license, no problem.

    Yep, scanning Bluetooth and WiFi of passing devices means that they can track your movements on foot, bike, scooter, or public transport, just as reliably as in a car.
