Funny considering they use Rule 1 (no bigotry) as an excuse to ban people and silence dissenting opinions, yet won’t follow it themselves.

I am Nonbinary for those who don’t know. Yes it isn’t obvious but it is generally bad practice to assume someone’s gender.

I’ve gotten flak for saying “look man” once. Getting bent out of shape over misgendering in these kind of contexts is silly. I don’t think he means anything by his use of “boy”, other then being rude but it has nothing to do with your gender. I also used to get misgendered in real life and it never felt like something I should get mad about when it’s a simple accident.

Obviously, this doesn’t apply to what the trans and nonbinary community have to deal with, where they are purposefully and maliciously misgendered. I just don’t think that is what’s happening here.

Oh man that’s just scratching the surface, .ml’s BrainInABox will go way off the handle, flinging all sorts of pejoratives like “shitlibs” or literally calling people scum. What do the admins/mods do? Give a 24 hour timeout from the specific comm, maybe, and for repeated offenses they might get a 1 day site ban and kindly asked to take a walk LMFAO

Say tankie though and you get 14 or 30 day comm bans right off the bat. But theres def no bias I’m sure on .ml /s

Is this what Alex Jones was talking about when he said they were making the frogs gay?
