The procedure literally deletes the most sensitive nerve endings in the penis. Best case scenario is that the boy is left with the sensitivity of an intact penis with the foreskin pulled back and 2 condoms put on, permanently. Many many guys end up with less sensitivity than that if their frenulum is removed (the banjo string; the most sensitive area).
This needs to go the way of foot binding. It’s such an evil practice.
