I know I can’t quit coke (the drink) cold turkey, and I know quitting caffeine is near impossible.
But I do wonder if I can start making space for Tea in my life. Oolong in the morning, and Roobois in the evening. Maybe that will tide me over before my hands start shaking.
Coke zero, I just can’t hack the real stuff (too sweet, too much of a rush).
I’ve come to the realisation that coffee is how I’ve been managing my (very mild, very borderline) ADHD and also seems to make me believe I like my job, whatever it is. I simply cannot quit it without fixing the root problem at hand, and that’s largely a genetic/societal issue that won’t go away anytime soon
I used to love full fat coke, but now I find it incredibly sweet and sickly. Zero is fine but you can tell it’s missing the sugar, but it’s usually my go to if I’m getting a soft drink while we’re out.

That and Gym, good ole maybe-never-we’ll-see Gym.
How about you?
Full fat coke or coke zero? I couldn’t quit caffeine, I love my morning coffee and I don’t really have many vices!
