I’m a big fan of the nasal spray flu immunization; not quite as effective as an injection, but you can mail order it, and a nasal spray administered by mom or dad at home is a lot more pleasant than an injection. It also tends to mean less time sick each year.
But who is paying a million a year for this? The only conceivable benefit is that it just kills Americans. So who profits from that?
A bunch of quacks profit because it creates an opening for them to provide treatments that are not evidence based, so you see chiropractors and “christian” donor-advised funds kicking in money
