The building was assessed and found to be repairable. “It just unfortunately was driver error,” he said. The legal system is so contradictory. “Driver error” isn’t a free pass. If the same driver error ended up killing someone, would charges be laid or not? If yes, then why not lay charges here? And if no, then you can’t keep calling it an “error”, since the law doesn’t even consider it a problem!
