formally unknown
Whether Epstein was “well” or not in October 2011 is not known but what is is that the world knew who he was a sex offender.
Good grief! I guess news.com.au fired all the sub-editors?

8·4 months agoYou don’t - and can’t - connect to wifi on the trams. It doesn’t provide internet connection, it just logs devices that have their wifi turned on and scanning for wifi networks.
From the article:
To opt out of the trial, passengers must either have wi-fi capabilities turned off on their devices before they get on the light rail or give their MAC address within three hours of it being collected by filling out an online form.

If they thought it would do any good, then they wouldn’t have the spine to do it.
We know they don’t have the spine to do anything with any practical effect, because otherwise they would have done it by now. They could have instituted broad trade sanctions, or prevented the export of military goods including F-35 parts and steel armour plating.

If the alcohol is the problem, there’s a lot of non-alcoholic beers available in Australia these days.
Possibly a nitro cold brew? I don’t know if you’d consider that a good pairing with a burger, though!
Maybe a switchel, if you make it yourself and don’t sweeten it too much, leaving it mostly tart.
