The lights out FC (no humans) seems feasible given enough runway, but AMZ retail is on the decline and it remains to be seen if they make it.

Hell I’d even settle for just penalizing empty properties heavily. Would force them to lower rent if it’s not filling.

Hard to rule out any possibility if we are just guessing and not requiring proof.
