Looks… sad. Is it based on a book or old TV show?

5·21 days agoThank you I was genuinely not aware.
That said, and please tell me if I am wrong, it is this VPNs choice to conduct things in such a way that would make them liable to have any kind of problem with the authorities since the norm asks them to report if “the providers become aware” which implies logging and analysis.
I am not sure there is any law asking them to do that, although there may well be.

Any idea why?

With time, awareness of their behavior will become a useful starting point for the judgment of many.

11·1 month agoI repeat this is a perfect argumentation to justify the appearance of this article in a different community.
Or to justify the appearance in this community of how the technilogies policies such as these enable are going to be acted upon on a global scale.
Or to draw comparisons between the downstream technological effects of these policies and others enacted on a global scale in the past.
But this, it’s just spamming that the American (subservient) majority of people on these instances is just ok with.
I am not trolling, I just care about the quality of my feed. I am ok with these downvotes as much as I am with the ones I get whenever I speak against Israel.

11·1 month agoI am well aware they have a presence here as well, but the article is discussing specific US Federal bills, not the market moves or the tech they would be using.
Imagine if each EU member state would be doing the same in this community.
