people don´t really care: if an aquaintance asks you you can just tell them it´s not your thing. if an employer asks you, you lose either way. the deranged rants are reserved for close friends :) But if you need some evidence: Look into the environmental consequences (fire up those coalmines for LLM prompts), the several studies that suggest only 60% of all answers are factual, the MIT study that shows how the brain atrophies from using AI and the phenomenon called “ai psychosis”

how far we´ve come. 40 years ago poland was the most progressive country in europe regarding homosexuality because unlike everyone else they never criminalized it. homosexual people were not harassed by the state and gay bars were a thing even in 70´s socialist poland.

it really depends on the generation. i have yet to meet a homophobic pole that was born in the post-war period, they generally have a quite egalitarian stance on it with (expected) slight prejudice but no outright hate.

late baby boomers and gen x-ers though… OH BOY. most of these fucks need reeducation by a proper beating or something. i have yet to meet a gen x-er pole that´s not a complete piece of shit regarding their views on homosexuality and women.

that completely changes the vibe :3

i think when the scope of the answer goes beyond “type iwctl -> station wlan0 scan -> station wlan0 connect [SSID]” it can become civil :) but this is purely subjective. and i don’t want to claim i never encounter assholes.

randomlzing your window size shows trackers different resolutions.

depending on which OS you use it won’t show 1920x1080, as taskbars and other extras take off a few pixels.

example: if your browser is fullscreen and only shows a resolution of 1920x1075 it could most likely mean you use macos (randomly chosen)
