Must have been Suse 6 or 7 (I think 7.0) around 2000, as I got a physical copy as a prize on a lan party and I actually installed it…
But then I needed the space for something else, probably Counter-Strike and custom maps. :D
Can’t you solder in a new item port? preferably USB-c?
Well, the ultimate holy Grail would be this individual watch
Second would be a “true Pogue” of the same spec and very close in serial number, although that would have to compete with a few other nice Seikos… There are so many out there. A platinum first Grand Seiko. A Seiko Spacewalk. A working and complete Seiko TV Watch (as seen in James Bond - Octopussy) 😉.
I do own a fine 6139-6002 yellow dial. However, that’s a later “rest of the world” model, with a more golden dial and different wording. Still nice, though. 😊
My hobby is (or rather was) collecting Seiko watches.
I stopped buying watches, but my holy Grail would be “The” Pogue. The original 6139-6005 yellow face automatic chronograph worn by Col. William Pogue on the Skylab mission.

Other than the NASA issued Omegas, this was his personal watch that he just took with him into space, as NASA didn’t want the Astronauts to take their Speedmasters home and so they couldn’t train as much with them.
This also was the first automatic chronograph in space, as no one had tried before if they would work without gravity (surprise, they did, as momentum is still very much a thing in space).
Here is a very nice write up by a very knowledgeable guy:

5·5 个月前PHP 8.4 is pretty good, TBH. You absolutely CAN write great code with modern PHP. … Shame that most PHP I touch is legacy code that’s at MOST PHP 7.4 - which is EOL since November '22 and has to be upgraded or replaced. 😬

I finally caved and bought Cyberpunk from GOG, to pay on my steam deck.
Might have been better off buying the steam version (same price, I wanted to support the devs and GOG), as I find it kind of hard to get running on my deck.
Installed it with Lutris, Installer downloaded 3 hours and then never finished.
And then I noticed that phantom Liberty is a dlc and not installed by default in the ultimate edition…

2414·6 个月前Also you might need a 400+ USD 3D Printer and the drill bits that can’t be printed.
Drilling through soft metals like aluminum and brass is possible with 2mm drills.
…yay?
I mean, I’m all for printing fun stuff just to see if it works. Just don’t make it sound like it’s a cheap solution for people who need a drill press…
You no longer have to share your phone number in signal. They added a unique user identifier a while ago that you can share to add new contacts. This is not permanent by the way, you can change this user identifier anytime.

Preface: I noticed your pronouns and incorporated them in my answer. Sorry if that’s not what you wanted.
The eastern part of Germany is more inexpensive than the west, but I would not recommend it outside of the cities of Berlin, Dresden and Leipzig - people are very far right and …phobic. Against everything not cis-white. Or Jewish. Or… anything non-conforming.
Sadly, Berlin, Leipzig and Dresden are also the most expensive parts of east Germany to live in.
Berlin is a great melting pot, cost of living is also high, but maybe lower than, say, Hamburg or Cologne (or Munich…). But if you want to be yourself, might be an option.
Personally, I would pass on Austria. Rather go to Prague - although they have an even more difficult language.
Not very helpful, sorry.
I could see the appeal of living in Italy. Warm (hot, even) and I love the Italian language.
Sicily is rather poor, I think. Not too much to do there. Beautiful, though.
What’s your plan? Study, work, see the world?
