Fair enough. Makes sense why there’s so much emphasis on practice (besides that being where the revolution comes from) because you kind of have to live dialectical materialism to understand it fully.
Glad your confidence is boosted. Congrats on the hormones! Good luck :3.
It’s probably “normal.” Sounds familiar anyway.
Short answer: “man” “woman” and “nonbinary” aren’t real and there is no evidence to analyze to see which category you belong to. Over time you will figure out your vast and multifaceted preferences.
Longer, better answer: you should read this recent hexbear post (well, mostly the comments).
I just started concerta and it’s pretty nice. All it changed is that there’s less miserable time in between tasks where I’m trying to transition or stuck on my phone. Haters and losers say ADHD meds turn you into a mindless drone but that is not true. Most of my extra focus has gone towards “unproductive” hyperfixations (although I’ll try to get more work done, it just didn’t seem as important for a bit). There’s the expectation in this capitalist society that if you’re using drugs to focus better all that extra ability to do things belongs to the exploiters, but you can certainly use it only occasionally when you need it for work and otherwise to empower yourself to do what you like more in free time.
It highly implies it’s best to reform the system into a better “industrial capitalism.” I think a Hudson supporter told me that he thinks a “purer” contradiction between the working and capitalist class could bring about socialism better, which is weird because it never has, that would take too long, and it’s a reactionary position wanting to return from a higher phase of capitalism to a lower one just like liberals (caring about small businesses).
He’s always going off about how the US was stupid to have neoliberalism and high debt (the result of the natural evolution of capitalism) and instead they should’ve stayed Keynesian industrial capitalist similar to Germany or China.
He is certainly lacking an understanding of capitalism as a whole system, suggesting reforms to make it run smoother rather than seeing it as a fundamentally flawed and contradictory system.
