You should at least have a general idea of your PC’s skillsets. As in, don’t let the country bumpkin make Arcana checks about monsters he’s never seen, or let the stick figure try to punch down a wall. If you look at a character in a situation and think, “there’s no way that could succeed,” then they shouldn’t be making a check.

12·4 months agoMy Uncle Winky used to own a bar in Gay called the Gay Bar. It’s still there, although under different management. I literally went there this morning because I’m on vacation in Keweenaw, they have some raunchy-ass merch.
Not So State-of-the-Art then, Is It?
Too bad it’s no good if I can’t get the hydrocarbons I’m lookin’ for.
Dude, i legitimately love PilotRedSun’s work. His art style appears crude, and it is at first, but it evolves into something deliberate and evocative. He has a very unique style that gives weird ethereal feelings that are difficult to place, on top of being funny and absurdist. His music, made under the name PilotRedSky, is also fantastic, as all of it makes me feel weirdly nostalgic for a time that never existed. He’s an incredible artist.
This is a real book. Quan Millz writes tons of books just like this, he’s big on Tiktok.
