They’ve managed to install it on a bunch of trains in the Barcelona metro and it’s helped dropped the temperatures by around 1.5c.
I know Tfl has also put it on a couple of trains over the years but yeah we’re still lacking a broader rollout.

The annoying thing about HS2 is that is was focused in the north. The link from Birmingham to London was somewhat tacked on to make of more politically palpable to those folk seeming allergic to spending any money outside of the south east. Now the project has been so messed up in its current state it’ll probably make transportation north of Birmingham worse than it currently is.
There’s chaptarr that is in development as a replacement for readarr though I don’t think there is a public download for it yet.
What happened to lidarr is it not supported anymore?
Nice to see those who would have been victims of the Madagascar plan are repeating the same steps on their path to genocide. Its uncanny how much this rhymes at this point.
I block ads in most places so I very rarely see them at this point so I think this dumps me onto some junk category as when the occasional as does get through they’re nuts. Like this one I got earlier today:
I’d avoid super short USB drives if you can as they tend just to be SD cards in disguise.
If possible for dB stuff I would recommend using actual drives as lots of reads and writes will very quickly wear out most removable storage devices.
Is the privacy of their code that much of an issue in this case given its a public repo? Its going to get scraped by the bots regardless.
And that’s just battery swaps. Getting to the screen to replaced on most phones is an even bigger nightmare.
Currently that it just shuts down hard when waking from sleep. I suspect its something to do with my monitor but haven’t spent the time to work out why.
Proxmox and truenas for all my physical boxes and then Debian for all my VMs and LXCs. I’m not all that adventurous when it comes to OS choice as I found things that worked years ago and I’ve stick with them ever since as I’ve not seen anything that really looks like it does anything interesting/new that makes it worth switching.
Rothmus really making a mockery of the black flag their.
Yeah I made the switch and finally moved my daily driver of to kubuntu and it’s been surprisingly painless. Only thing I’ve really struggled with is finding a music player I like.
Age is correct in this context.
Didn’t gizz make a post somewhere the other day pointing out they never approved their stuff being uploaded to handed and it’s up there illegally? Definitely feel like I saw that somewhere.
Of you’re going foss for your OS why not take a look at Krita and gimp for your image editing needs?
I’ve not tried either in years at this point hut can’t hurt to check them out if you haven’t already.
So long Ozzy. Thanks for all the metal.
I ended up switching to heliboard in the end. You can grab it from fdroid.
If you’re on android and using swiftkey that might be your culprit. For ages I thought I was getting worse but the more I looked at it the more I noticed Swiftkey was suggesting me words that didn’t exist or were spelt wrong. Eventually I switched keyboards and it became way easier.
The real alternative is to go all in on trains as electric trucks. Rubber on tarmac friction is so high that driving electric trucks long distance is super inefficient and giving them the batteries to match the ranges done by diesel trucks eats too much into cargo capacity to make them really worth it.
