Last time my parents visited us my mum had some smoked jalapeno sauce because “it looked like we were enjoying it so much”, and afterwards she thought we were trying to kill her.

My dad just said something like “no thank you, I’ve seen people eat those things on the footy show. Stupid.”

My parents think a jalapeno-based sauce will kill you, and they refuse to believe there even exists anything hotter than that.

I think you’re going to have to dig into the wayback machine (because I don’t think they’re actively hosted anywhere anymore?), but Nothing Nice To Say by Mitch Clem was a great punk rock web comic from the 2000s.

Void is one I’ve often thought I’d like to try if I had time to dig into it.

We still have a fair bit of 360p content, it looks awful on the 4K tv in our lounge room.

On our old 32” 1080p screen in our back room it looks just fine. So we’ve been watching different content in different rooms 🙄
