I will also do my damn best to make sure my older Samsung S23 doesn’t fall into that version. I have uses for that phone.
The brave little toaster agrees.
At work we have some boring toasters. It uses a dial for how well burned you want your bread. It works perfectly well. Purely electromechanical.
Why the fuck does it need this is beyond me.

1·11 days agoYou think car manufacturers are not going to do the same for non-US markets? Cars have miles and KM on most models even for non-US markets, and the US is the only significant country that uses the imperial system still.
The only difference is the order. Metric countries (everywhere) have KM more prominent than miles.
They are a clear and present danger to people and must not be spared criticism and shaming for their actions.
